01 Who We Are

Glamour Nigeria ("Glamour", "we", "us", "our") is a Nigerian creator monetisation platform operating at glamourng.com. We enable Nigerian content creators to earn Euros through our GlamGain task streams and referral program.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our website and services. By creating a Glamour account or using our platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

02 Data We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account registration: Full name, email address, phone number, and content niche when you sign up.
  • Payment & withdrawal details: Bank name, account number, and account name when you add a bank account for withdrawals.
  • Communications: Any messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram for support purposes.
  • Profile updates: Any changes you make to your creator profile within the dashboard.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, features accessed, and clickstream data within glamourng.com.
  • Session data: Login times, session duration, and authentication tokens stored in your browser's local storage.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect your BVN (Bank Verification Number).
  • We do not collect government-issued ID numbers or NIN.
  • We do not store payment card details. All payments to Glamour are bank transfers verified manually.
  • We do not access your social media accounts, followers, or content.

03 How We Use Your Data

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

  • Account creation and management: To create and maintain your Glamour creator account and dashboard.
  • Payment verification: To verify your ₦14,000 Glam Fee activation payment and subsequent withdrawal requests.
  • Earnings processing: To calculate, record, and process your GlamGain earnings and referral bonuses.
  • Withdrawal processing: To send your earnings to your registered Nigerian bank account.
  • Customer support: To respond to your inquiries, resolve disputes, and assist with account issues.
  • Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access to accounts.
  • Platform improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve the Glamour platform experience.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.
  • Communications: To send you important account notifications, payment confirmations, and platform updates.

We do not use your data for advertising targeting, data brokering, or any commercial purpose beyond operating your Glamour creator account.

04 Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share your data in limited circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including hosting providers and communication tools (such as Telegram and WhatsApp for support). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to Glamour.

4.2 Financial Institutions

When processing your withdrawal, we share your bank account name, account number, and bank name with the relevant Nigerian bank or payment processor (such as Moniepoint) solely to complete your withdrawal transaction.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by Nigerian law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Glamour, our creators, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

If Glamour Nigeria undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified via email before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

05 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers located in protected data centres. We implement the following security measures:

Glamour Nigeria is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
