01 About Glamour Nigeria

Glamour Nigeria is a creator monetisation platform that enables Nigerian content creators to earn Euros by completing task streams (collectively "GlamGains") and referring other creators through our referral program.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Glamour Nigeria ("Glamour", "we", "us") and any individual who creates an account and uses our platform ("Creator", "you"). These Terms apply to all use of glamourng.com and any associated services.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Who Can Join

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a Glamour account.
• You must be a resident of or based in Nigeria.
• You must have a valid Nigerian bank account capable of receiving transfers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You may only hold one Glamour creator account. Creating multiple accounts to game earnings or referrals is prohibited and will result in permanent ban of all associated accounts.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify Glamour immediately at support@glamourng.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Glamour is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

03 The Glam Fee & Account Activation

3.1 What the Glam Fee Is

The Glam Fee of ₦14,000 (approximately €7) is a one-time, non-refundable account activation fee. It is not a subscription and is not charged again after initial payment.

3.2 What the Glam Fee Unlocks

• Full access to all 6 GlamGain task streams (GlamLifestyle, GlamRealtime, GlamFaceTime, GlamScript2Cash, GlamLingua, GlamWorks, GlamDarkMode).
• Your unique creator referral link.
• Eligibility for the Glam Link Bonus (₦12,000 per activated referral).
• Eligibility for the Glam Reward milestone bonus (₦10,000 / 5€).
• Access to 1st and 2nd indirect referral commissions.

3.3 Payment & Verification

The Glam Fee must be transferred to the official Glamour Moniepoint account displayed in your dashboard. After payment, you must confirm payment through the dashboard and share your payment receipt with our admin team via Telegram for manual verification. Verification typically takes 1–24 hours.

3.4 Non-Refundable Policy

The Glam Fee is non-refundable once payment has been verified and your account activated. If you have paid but your account has not been activated within 48 hours, please contact support immediately with your payment receipt.

04 Earning Structure & GlamGains

4.1 GlamGain Task Streams

Upon account activation, creators gain access to the following earning streams:

4.2 Earnings Conditions

• Earnings are credited to your dashboard balance upon successful task completion and approval.
• Glamour reserves the right to verify task completion quality before crediting earnings.
• Tasks completed through automated means, bots, VPNs, or any artificial method will be rejected and may result in account suspension.
• Glamour may adjust task rates, availability, or earning structures at any time with 7 days' notice to active creators.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

GlamGain earnings are denominated in Euros (€). When you request a withdrawal, your Euro balance converts to Nigerian Naira (₦) at the exchange rate applicable on the date of your withdrawal request. Glamour applies a standard exchange rate which may differ slightly from interbank rates.

05 Referral Program

5.2 Referral Rules

• Referral bonuses are only credited when your referred creator successfully pays the Glam Fee and their account is verified and activated.
• You may not refer yourself through secondary accounts.
• You may not misrepresent Glamour's earning potential, services, or fees when recruiting referrals.
• Spam, cold messaging strangers, or using deceptive practices to recruit referrals may result in account suspension.
• Glamour reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses if fraud or manipulation is detected in the referral chain.

06 Withdrawals & Payments

6.1 How Withdrawals Work

Creators may request a withdrawal of their available balance from the Wallet section of their dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to your registered Nigerian bank account within 24–48 hours of request submission on business days.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (Glam Fee paid and confirmed) to make a withdrawal.
• You must have a registered bank account in your dashboard to withdraw.
• Glamour reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed during public holidays or unforeseen technical outages.

6.3 Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on income earned through Glamour Nigeria, in accordance with Nigerian tax law. Glamour does not withhold or remit taxes on creator behalf unless required by law.

07 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using Glamour, you agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or share accounts with other individuals.
• Use automated scripts, bots, VPNs, proxies, or any artificial means to complete tasks or manipulate earnings.
• Misrepresent Glamour's platform, earnings potential, or fees to potential referrals.
• Engage in any fraudulent activity, including fabricating payment receipts.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other creators, Glamour staff, or support personnel.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the Glamour platform or its systems.
• Use the Glamour name, logo, or branding for any unauthorised commercial purpose.
• Violate any applicable Nigerian or international laws in connection with your use of the platform.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

Glamour reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspected manipulation of the earning or referral system.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during registration or payment verification.
• Chargebacks, fraudulent payment claims, or any action that causes financial harm to Glamour.
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform and all earnings streams will be immediately suspended. Any pending earnings in your wallet will be reviewed. Legitimate earned and approved balances at the time of termination will be paid out within 30 days, unless the termination was due to fraud, in which case balances may be forfeited.

8.3 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may submit an appeal within 14 days to support@glamourng.com with supporting documentation. Glamour's decision on appeals is final.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on glamourng.com — including the Glamour name, logo, "✦" mark, GlamGain stream names (GlamLifestyle, GlamRealtime, GlamFaceTime, GlamScript2Cash, GlamLingua, GlamWorks, GlamDarkMode), platform design, and all written content — is the intellectual property of Glamour Nigeria and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Glamour intellectual property without written permission. You may share your referral link and describe Glamour's services accurately for the purpose of legitimate referrals.

Any content you submit to Glamour (such as scripts via GlamScript2Cash) grants Glamour a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and distribute that content for the purposes of the platform and the brand it was written for.

10 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Guarantee of Earnings

Glamour Nigeria provides a platform for creators to earn through task completion. We do not guarantee any specific level of income. Actual earnings depend on your activity level, task availability, and compliance with platform rules. The €12/hour figure represents the maximum possible rate when all 6 streams are active simultaneously.

10.2 Platform Availability

Glamour aims for consistent platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for earnings lost due to temporary platform unavailability.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Glamour Nigeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost earnings, loss of data, or any other economic losses beyond the total amount you have paid Glamour in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Glamour Nigeria shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting support@glamourng.com.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

12 Changes to These Terms

Glamour reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• Active creators will be notified via email or dashboard notice at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the effective date.
